Noel Campbell grew up in Compton, California, singing in church, school, and in special performances with her family group, "The Gibson Sisters."  Noel started singing at the age of five and continued through her college years.  She was always the star of the show, bringing audiences to their feet.  Noel is a strong, powerful, soulful singer with a passion for singing and at the age of twelve she and her sister, Sheena, were signed to B&B Records, where they recorded their first gospel record - "Heavenly Father." 

A strong bond was formed when Noel met keyboardist and producer, TC Campbell, former member of 80's Funk group, "Cameo," who has worked with many notable artists, including Peabo Bryson, Natalie Cole, Jeffery Osborne, Evelyn "Champagne" King, miki Howard, and presently Tito Jackson, Ronnie Laws, Della Reese and Tour De 4Force.  Noel and TC married and began working together on songs for her project.  Noel has also lent her voice to many commercials in the Los Angeles area, including "Let's Clear The Air," a CalTrans commercial that won advertising awards for best use of music in a commercial.  Recently, she opened the show for the Jon B and SWV Concert at the Wilshire Theatre in Los Angeles.

Noel became a member of "Understanding Principles for Better Living Church" where Della Reese is the minister and founder.  She began singing solos at church and caught the attention of Rev. Della, who is now one of Noel's mentors.

Noel not only sings Gospel, but also R&B, Adult Contemporary, and Smooth Jazz as well.  When she sings she captures your heart.  Noel delivers a powerful performance with her deep and sensuously soulful range on her new single, "The Moments Of Love."
